In the event of damage of the goods during transport, LINEA CREATIVA will notify the Customer in order to allow him to file a complaint promptly against the courier chosen by them and obtain a refund; the product will then be made available to the customer and the request for withdrawal will be simultaneously canceled;<\/p>\n

LINEA CREATIVA in carrying out the checks and assessments on the product just indicated will be objective but will operate unilaterally and at its own discretion, a final judgment on the compliance and use of the product made by the Customer for the purpose of accepting the request for withdrawal of the same. LINEA CREATIVA will refund the customer the full amount of the returned items, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by reversing the amount charged, using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not bear any costs as a consequence of said refund. LINEA CREATIVA may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the moment in which the Customer proves that he has correctly returned the product, if previous.<\/p>\n
In any case, the Customer will lapse from the right of withdrawal in cases where LINEA CREATIVA ascertains that:<\/p>\n

the returned product and \/ or its accessories, and \/ or its packaging are not intact;<\/p>\n
